How to Create a Name Tent in Microsoft Word:
To create a document like the one you see above, follow a few easy steps.
Step 1: Insert WordArt -
go to: Insert - > Picture - > WordArt... to get started.
Step 2: Type the text you want to appear on document. When you are finished click ok and the text will appear as an outline like this:
Step 3: Place the cursor over the text you just typed and right click once. Select Copy, then right click again and select Paste.
Step 4: Now, select the text you just pasted on the document. From the Draw menu, select rotate.
Tip: if the drawing menu is not open at the bottom of your screen. Go to View -> Toolbars -> Drawing to open the Drawing bar. Click to view an example of this process.
Rotate the image around until it is upside-down. You can then move text to anyplace on the page you would like.
Tip: If you are unable to move your text, select your text and then go to: Draw -> Text Wrapping -> In Front of Text. Click to view an example of this process.
Final: Just print the name tent on the DuraLabel PRO 300, fold down the middle and it will look like the example at the top of the page.
